1. Introduction

Welcome to Eshopify India, operated by VD Enterprises.

Our Affiliate Marketing Program allows individuals, bloggers, influencers, website owners, YouTubers, digital marketers, and businesses to promote Eshopify India products and earn commissions on eligible sales.

This Affiliate Marketing Policy explains the rules, eligibility requirements, commission structure, payment terms, and responsibilities of affiliates participating in the program.

By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with this policy and all other applicable policies of Eshopify India.

2. Eligibility

Applications are welcome from:

  • Website Owners

  • Digital Marketers

  • Social Media Influencers

  • YouTubers

  • Instagram Creators

  • Facebook Creators

  • Telegram Channel Owners

  • WhatsApp Community Administrators

  • Content Creators

  • Students

  • Agencies

  • Businesses

  • Affiliate Networks (subject to approval)

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian laws

  • Provide accurate information during registration

Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to approval by Eshopify India.

3. How to Join the Affiliate Program

  • Marketing Experience

  • Estimated Monthly Traffic (if applicable)

Our team will review the application and notify applicants regarding approval status.

4. Affiliate Links & Promotional Resources

Approved affiliates may receive:

  • Unique Affiliate Links

  • Referral Codes

  • Discount Coupons (where applicable)

  • Promotional Creatives

  • Marketing Materials

  • Campaign Information

These resources are provided only for approved promotional activities related to Eshopify India.

5. Commission Structure

Eligible affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through approved affiliate links or referral codes.

Commission rates, eligible products, minimum payout requirements, promotional campaigns, and payment schedules will be communicated separately by Eshopify India.

Eshopify India reserves the right to modify commission structures from time to time.

A commission becomes payable only after:

  • The order has been successfully delivered

  • The applicable return period has expired

  • No refund or cancellation has been processed

  • The transaction has passed verification

6. Payment Terms

Approved commissions may be paid through:

  • UPI

  • Bank Transfer

  • Other approved payment methods

Payments will be processed only after verification of eligible sales and compliance with this policy.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

Eshopify India shall not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect payment information provided by affiliates.

7. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must:

  • Promote Eshopify India honestly and ethically

  • Provide accurate product information

  • Use approved branding and promotional materials

  • Clearly disclose affiliate relationships wherever required

  • Follow applicable advertising, consumer protection, and platform guidelines

Affiliates must ensure that promotional content does not mislead customers.

8. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims

  • Send spam emails or unsolicited promotional messages

  • Use automated messaging systems without permission

  • Bid on Eshopify India trademarks in paid advertising without written approval

  • Impersonate Eshopify India or claim official representation

  • Generate fraudulent transactions or self-referrals

  • Use coupon or cashback websites without prior written approval

  • Engage in illegal, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, brand names, graphics, images, and promotional materials belong to Eshopify India or their respective owners.

Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable permission to use approved promotional materials only for participating in the Affiliate Program.

No ownership rights are transferred to affiliates.

10. Order Verification & Commission Approval

Affiliate commissions will not be payable for:

  • Cancelled orders

  • Returned orders

  • Refunded orders

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Duplicate orders

  • Orders violating this policy

Eshopify India reserves the right to verify all transactions before approving commissions.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

Eshopify India reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts in cases including:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Violation of this policy

  • Misuse of affiliate links

  • Brand misuse

  • False representation

  • Illegal promotional practices

  • Repeated customer complaints caused by affiliate actions

Termination may result in cancellation of unpaid commissions related to invalid or fraudulent activities.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eshopify India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available under applicable Indian law.

13. Modification of Affiliate Program

Eshopify India reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Affiliate Program

  • Change commission rates

  • Update eligibility requirements

  • Modify payment schedules

  • Suspend or discontinue the program

Reasonable notice may be provided whenever practical.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Affiliate Marketing Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in:
