10. Inspection Upon Delivery

11. Returns & Replacements

Reduce the order quantity.
Cancel the affected items.
Process an applicable refund for unavailable items, where payment has been received.
14. Resale
Products purchased through wholesale channels may be resold by the buyer.
However, buyers shall not:
Misrepresent Eshopify India as the manufacturer unless authorized.
Use Eshopify India trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
Make false claims regarding products.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eshopify India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, stock shortages, transportation issues, or business interruptions associated with wholesale orders.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available under applicable Indian law.
