This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which customers may cancel orders placed through www.eshopifyindia.com and the circumstances in which Eshopify India may cancel an order. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.
2. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been packed, handed over to the courier, or marked as dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible by contacting our Customer Support team.

4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Cancellation requests may not be accepted for:
Orders that have already been dispatched.
Orders already delivered.
Products specially ordered or customized for the customer.
Orders where shipment has been scheduled with the courier partner.
Digital products or services, where applicable.
5. Cancellation by Eshopify India
Eshopify India reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in situations including, but not limited to:
Product is out of stock.
Pricing error.
Technical system error.
Payment verification failure.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Duplicate order.
Delivery not serviceable at the provided PIN code.
Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled by Eshopify India, an eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Payment Failure
If payment is unsuccessful or remains incomplete, the order may be automatically cancelled.
Customers may place a new order after successful payment.
7. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For eligible cancellations made before dispatch, refunds (where applicable) will generally be initiated to the original payment method after the cancellation request has been verified.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before dispatch, no payment refund is applicable because payment has not yet been collected.
Repeated refusal to accept Cash on Delivery orders or repeated cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
9. Order Modification
Customers may request changes to their order, such as updating the shipping address or correcting contact details, only before dispatch.
Once the order has been processed for shipment, modifications may not be possible.
10. Fraud Prevention
Eshopify India reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests or restrict future ordering privileges in cases involving suspected fraud, misuse of promotional offers, repeated abusive cancellations, or other activities that violate our Terms & Conditions.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
