Participation in a campaign is subject to mutual agreement and availability.

4. Eligibility

Applicants should:

  • Have genuine followers and audience engagement.

  • Publish original, high-quality content.

  • Maintain a professional online presence.

  • Comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

  • Share honest and transparent opinions.

Follower count alone does not determine eligibility. We also consider content quality, audience relevance, engagement, and brand alignment.

5. How to Apply

Our team will review your application and contact shortlisted applicants.

6. Content Guidelines

Approved collaborators are expected to:

  • Create original content.

  • Present products accurately.

  • Avoid misleading or false claims.

  • Maintain respectful and professional communication.

  • Clearly disclose sponsored collaborations where required by applicable laws and platform guidelines.

  • Avoid content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, or infringes the rights of others.

7. Product Usage

Products provided for collaboration are intended only for the agreed campaign.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Products should not be resold.

  • Products should not be transferred for commercial purposes.

  • Product packaging should not be altered in a misleading manner.

8. Compensation

Depending on the campaign, collaborations may include:

  • Complimentary Products

  • Discount Coupons

  • Store Credits

  • Commission-Based Campaigns

  • Fixed Fees

  • Long-Term Brand Partnerships

Compensation terms will be communicated individually and confirmed before the campaign begins.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Creators retain ownership of their original content.

  • By participating in a collaboration, you grant Eshopify India a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share, or use the approved content for promotional purposes across our website, social media channels, and marketing materials, with appropriate attribution where reasonably practicable.

10. Compliance

Collaborators must comply with:

  • Applicable Indian laws.

  • Platform community guidelines.

  • Advertising and endorsement disclosure requirements.

  • Eshopify India’s brand guidelines (where provided).

11. Termination

Eshopify India reserves the right to suspend or terminate any collaboration if:

  • False information is provided.

  • Campaign terms are violated.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Content damages the reputation of Eshopify India.

  • Applicable laws or platform policies are breached.

12. Limitation of Liability

Eshopify India shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in collaboration campaigns, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
