Our Affiliate Marketing Program allows individuals, bloggers, influencers, website owners, YouTubers, digital marketers, and businesses to promote Eshopify India products and earn commissions on eligible sales.
This Affiliate Marketing Policy explains the rules, eligibility requirements, commission structure, payment terms, and responsibilities of affiliates participating in the program.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable Indian law.
Participation is subject to approval by Eshopify India.

These resources are intended solely for approved promotional activities.
5. Commission
Eligible affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their approved affiliate links or referral codes.
Commission rates, qualifying products, minimum payout thresholds, promotional campaigns, and payment schedules will be communicated separately by Eshopify India and may be updated from time to time.
A commission becomes payable only after the order is successfully delivered and the applicable return, refund, or cancellation period has expired.
6. Payment Terms
Approved commissions may be paid through one of the following methods, as communicated by Eshopify India:
UPI
Bank Transfer
Other approved payment methods
Payments will be made only after verification of eligible sales and compliance with this policy.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
7. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to:
Promote Eshopify India honestly and ethically.
Share accurate product information.
Use only approved branding and marketing materials where provided.
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by applicable law or platform policies.
Comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
Use spam emails, unsolicited messages, or automated messaging.
Bid on Eshopify India trademarks in paid advertisements without written permission.
Impersonate Eshopify India or claim to represent the company officially.
Engage in fraudulent transactions or self-referrals intended solely to generate commissions.
Use coupon websites or cashback websites without prior written approval.
Engage in any unlawful, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand names, graphics, and promotional materials remain the property of Eshopify India or their respective owners.
Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use approved marketing materials solely for participation in the Affiliate Program.
No ownership rights are transferred.
10. Order Verification
Affiliate commissions are not payable for:
Cancelled orders
Returned orders
Refunded orders
Fraudulent transactions
Duplicate orders
Orders placed in violation of this policy
Eshopify India reserves the right to verify all transactions before approving commissions.
11. Account Suspension or Termination
Eshopify India reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account at its discretion in cases including:
Fraudulent activity
Violation of this policy
Misuse of affiliate links
Brand misuse
Misrepresentation
Illegal promotional methods
Repeated customer complaints arising from affiliate conduct
Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions associated with ineligible or fraudulent activity.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eshopify India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available under applicable Indian law.
13. Modification of the Program
Eshopify India reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or any part of it at any time, including commission rates, eligibility criteria, promotional materials, or payout schedules.
Reasonable notice may be provided where practicable.
14. Governing Law
This Affiliate Marketing Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Navsari, Gujarat.
